I was visiting a friend that has rented the room for the week. I noticed that the heater worked great. The room was clean but I noticed that the chairs for the table were missing.
Very pleasant place to stay, peaceful and clean. Pool area very nice and inviting. Staff make you feel welcome. Glad to be here and they accept dogs so happy about that.
Owners are nice. Room was clean, Tv, refrigerator and microwave were new and a/c worked excellent (power went out during hurricane, but thats not the hotels fault) Owner got us in during hurricane. It makes,an excellent safe house during a storm or if you need a place 1-3 days. Longer it would not be my cup of tea. It's not the Hilton and it's far from it, the locals are nice but a little shady. For $70 a night, you can't beat it for a short stay. Eustis a nice little small town.
In a pinch I will pick this one over anyone on that whole road. Great ppl nice patient and friendly
Room was ok. The sheets were clean. Just has that old worn out moldy stank smell and they have the nerve to say I can't smoke in it. Like it would matter. Dr Feelgood was down the hall so that helped. Coke machine in front got me for 50 but they leveled up.
Stayed here for a while until my family got a place. Some over nighters you have to watch out for but over all good stay. No bugs. Friendly service.
We were nervous given all of the old reviews mentioning bed bugs and bad service But, I have to say this may have been one of the nicest motels we have ever stayed at especially given the price. We believe it’s under new management. We ran a uv light through the room and it was SO clean. The service was great, although we don’t require much. We didn’t get to use any of the amenities, but the pool looked really clean. We would’ve used it given the time. The only complaints we have is that everything is kind of old. There were holes in the comforter, the furniture is old and creaky. Our tv was a little discolored and old. But these complaints do not override the price. Generally speaking, if you’re looking for a place to stay for just a couple of nights, this is a strong contender. I really do think these older reviews are just outdated. (The pillow reviews still stand though..I’d bring your own)
The place is ok to much money for to people 325.00 a week so it's going to 300.00 for just one person the room is big and nice it's a place to call home for a little while I would say everything work's in our room besides the damn ac needs to be working alot better but besides that the room is good
